Whether you’re a CEO of a Fortune 500 company or working on the front lines of an organization without a title, if you have influence, you are a leader. I have taught, trained and inspired leaders in a variety of industries providing customized solutions to their unique leadership challenges. As both a college professor and marketplace practitioner, I am able to create solutions that are founded in theory and proven in practice.

Leadership Training a la Carte…

The leadership toolkit allows you to choose those topics most relevant to your challenges to create a truly unique and customized approach.

  • Each full training day consists of six hours with the choice of:
    – two topics (3 hours each) or
    – three topics (2.5 hours each).
  • For shorter training days:
    – choose the a la carte option from the list of topics (2.5 hours).
