Amanda Duff

Amanda brings more than 10 years of leadership and human resources experience to her work helping individuals and organizations thrive. She offers HR consulting to advise on specific areas and/or monthly consulting on retainer. 

Her areas of expertise include optimizing HR processes, designing performance management systems, and keeping clients abreast of current HR policies. She combines her deep HR knowledge with a relatable, actionable approach. 

Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from UMass Global. Additionally, she is SHRM-CP certified and a social and emotional intelligence coach.
