Our Training Programs

We offer three Signature Training Programs for teams who are ready to take their efficiency and results to the next level. We also design custom programs to address your team's specific needs.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is defined as the ability to understand and manage your emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of those around you. In a global study of over 200 companies, EQ was found to be twice as important for jobs at all levels. Leaders high in EQ have the ability to build strong trusting relationships with their teams resulting in higher levels of engagement, creativity, resilience and performance impacting the bottom line.

Core Strengths: Results Through Relationships

Increase your Relationship Intelligence (RQ) to build better teams, improve collaboration, and increase productivity. Based on the SDI 2.0 assessment (Strength Deployment Inventory) this training focuses on four essential insights for increasing your leadership influence and effectiveness as a team. It measures (1) your core motives (2) how you experience conflict (3) your strengths, and (4) how strengths can be overdone, limiting interpersonal effectiveness.

Appreciative Inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a paradigm shift in the world of sustainable organizational development. While traditional change methods are based on correcting deficits, AI focuses on identifying the organization’s existing strengths and building on them. A proven methodology called the “4-D Cycle”  is then utilized to identify organizational opportunities and facilitate concrete operational steps to achieve them. AI can be used for organization-wide change, for dept/team growth, and individual/leadership development.
