Michelle is a coach, facilitator, and consultant with 30 years experience in helping hundreds of individual contributors and leaders break through barriers to achieve success. She specializes in coaching and developing emerging leaders through executive levels of leadership. She has worked in a variety of industries including aerospace, banking, sales, engineering, health care, legal, manufacturing and technology.

Michelle has a Masters of Business of Business Administration, Tech Management. She holds additional certifications in Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit
