Steve Roskamp

Steve is an accomplished public speaker and is committed to his own personal growth as well as assisting others in their own journeys of transformation and change. 



Steve has a lengthy career as a change facilitator and transformation coach in a variety of settings.  He has worked for nearly 3 decades as an outpatient counselor and organizational consultant, while leading one of the largest outpatient counseling centers in his community.   After a move to Colorado and a break from the “people” arena, Steve entered the corporate world as a Director of Business and Talent Development for a technology company in Denver.  He also established a consulting company, working with industry leaders focusing on leadership, team development, blind spot mitigation, and effective conflict management. He eventually left the technology company to pursue his passion of working with leaders and their teams as an executive coach, team facilitator, and organizational consultant, addressing areas of leadership, culture, communication, and conflict management.

Steve has an MSW from the University of Chicago and is a Master Facilitator of the SDI/Core Strengths assessment. After a quiet, empty-nest life with his wife of 47 years, Tami, for a number of years, they decided to make a change andnow live in a multi-generational household with his oldest daugher, her husband, and 3 grandchildren - boys ages 13 & 11, and girl age 8. They bring a bit more energy into their life, and frankly, a lot more noise! This busy household also includes 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 Axololts. (Google it).  They all live in Northern Colorado and Steve is honored to be a part of Elise's team.
